Political Activism

Guidelines for Groups

These are the expected goals and activities of a group working to establish a Rich society and a Rich government. The variety is in how each group attains them, despite such variations. I imagine all local groups for all political parties are similar, which is both expected and required for the application of political might via huge numbers of individuals.  We just want the vast majority of individuals to Want to be Rich and vote accordingly.

Your group must act as a magnet to attract those who want to be more proactive than most, and as a beacon to attract and inform those with limited time when and how they can be most effective in applying their political might - usually for petitions and voting.

"The Code is more what you'd call guidelines, than actual rules" but however achieved your efforts must attain the goals.

Since when does a government voluntarily replace itself?  when it is of, by and for the people!

Resources

Provide information needed for actions. Groups should have all of the government information about impeachments, recalls, placing people on ballots, forms and procedures and timetables for obtaining signatures for petitions, etc.

How to initiate recalls, or impeachments, of legislators when they don't want you to be Rich.  How to run candidates for office to replace unacceptable incumbents when necessary.

The Big Goal

A minimum number of these officeholders must either initiate, pass, or ratify a Constitutional Convention to enact the Founding Document as enumerated elsewhere on this site (assuming the activists who constructed it have properly and adequately described the minimums for Richness, and left no room for serious complaint).

Scoreboards

names of the OFFICES of state legislators and federal congresspals on one axis, and the current officeholder. (Just writing this I recall movies about politicians and elections and realize that most of those scenes in local offices are necessary. Ugh. Unlike them the goal of Richness is worth the effort.) The other axis is the steps to YOUR success in getting the officeholder to commit to enacting and implementing Richness.
Steps might be:

  • acknowledging Richness as a contending political goal;
  • Refusing to represent pos constituents if the majority (or other required percentage) indicate if Richness is what they Want;
  • your activities that represent your progress is reaching the required percentage, like polls, or signatories on petitions - as many as needed to see the percentage increase to the required minimum;
  • Offering an alternative candidate, and pos progress with embodying Richness.

Communication

Groups within a state should be communicating with each other to coordinate efforts, and with activism in other states for support and sharing ideas, and the common goal of calling for a Constitutional Convention to enact a Rich government and society.

Each state petitions its legislators to call for and support a constitutional convention to adopt founding document in the year ASAP.  (or do states just ratify congressional call?
